Paije comes from a background in birth and uses the doula model of care in her psychedelic work. She is passionate about protecting the earth, while using it’s cyclical nature as a great resource for healing and transformation in medicine work and beyond. She has been serving medicine for seven years, and recently began training apprentices privately. Through her upcoming Psychedelic Training Program she hopes to contribute to much needed infrastructure around the psychedelic renaissance we are currently moving through. Training, accountability, integration and community are needed as we watch these sacred plants and molecules enter the mainstream collective consciousness. Third Eye Doula honors the ancient, indigenous perspective while also valuing the scientific, modern lens. Through a pragmatic, accessible approach, Paije hopes to bridge the gap between the two perspectives and send her graduates into the world of psychedelic healing feeling grounded and ready to steward the medicine ethically and with intention.
Together we will move through the nuances of becoming a psychedelic guide, while creating a strong foundation of ethics, practices and principles for holding space for altered states of consciousness. This course will begin with biweekly remote sessions (recorded for those who cannot attend, although highly encouraged to join) and end with an in person weekend training retreat in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. We will begin our remote sessions in June 2022 and we will have our live training in September of 2022.
